Return & Exchange

  • Cancellations are accepted within 7 days of placing your order.
  • Please note, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped by our vendors or merchants.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery.
  • After verification by the merchant, we’ll initiate an appropriate resolution—either a replacement or refund.
  • If the product you receive is not as described or doesn’t meet your expectations, contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery.
  • Our team will carefully review your concern and respond with a suitable solution.

For exchanges, please email us at support@schmoney.in within 7 days of receiving your order, along with your order ID and reason for exchange.
Once approved, we will arrange a pickup. After a quick quality check, your replacement will be dispatched.

  • Once a refund is approved by our team, please allow up to 7 business days for the amount to be credited back to your original payment method.
