- Cancellation cannot be done once the order is placed, as it may be processed immediately by our vendors or merchants.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery.
- After verification by the merchant, we’ll initiate an appropriate resolution—either a replacement or refund.
- If the product you receive is not as described or doesn’t meet your expectations, contact our email within 7 days of delivery.
- Our team will carefully review your concern and respond with a suitable solution.
To process any exchange request, customers must provide proof.
Please ensure:
- A clear unboxing video is recorded before opening the packaging
The video must show:
- Opening of the package
- The product clearly (damage / size issue)
You are eligible for a return or exchange if:
- The product is damaged upon arrival
- You received a wrong size
- You received an incorrect product
Schmoney reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject return/exchange requests
- Request additional proof if needed
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
