Return & Exchange

  • Cancellation cannot be done once the order is placed, as it may be processed immediately by our vendors or merchants.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery.
  • After verification by the merchant, we’ll initiate an appropriate resolution—either a replacement or refund.
  • If the product you receive is not as described or doesn’t meet your expectations, contact our email within 7 days of delivery.
  • Our team will carefully review your concern and respond with a suitable solution.

To process any exchange request, customers must provide proof.

Please ensure:

  •  A clear unboxing video is recorded before opening the packaging 

The  video must show:

  •   Opening of the package
  •  The product clearly (damage / size issue)

You are eligible for a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival
  •  You received a wrong size
  •  You received an incorrect product

Schmoney reserves the right to:

  •  Approve or reject return/exchange requests
  •  Request additional proof if needed
  •  Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
